"Great location. Very clean big room. The staff was incredibly kind and helped us carry all of our suitcases. The breakfast was amazing. We'd highly recommend!"

"Brand new hotel. The hotel is very nice, but lot of start up problems. Aircondition not working. Order food takes forever. Pay for food even longer. Friendly staff, but very inexperienced and not able to make things happen. Lots of staff, very slow or non-exsisting service. I would go again if air co is fixed, but I would not eat there. Do not buy half board. Eat in city"

"I did love this hotel. Great to be inside the old city walls. Staff were very helpful - especially Isfanoliyor. He was great at check-in and throughout the stay. Plenty of selection at breakfast. They even have a roof terrace."
